Risca Town Council – Winter Fair 2024

Due to Storm Bert in South Wales Risca Town Council decided to postpone its Festive event from Saturday 23 Nov to Saturday 30 Nov 2024.  The Winter Fair event went very well and was enjoyed  by the Risca residents.  The Town Council wish to thank the organisers, event volunteers, the Town’s appointed local contractors and all those attending who contributed to the Winter Fair’s success, amid the ongoing winter storms.
