The Council has no Staff or Member vacancies at the present time in 2022.
COUNCIL MEMBERS
The Cymru/Wales Local Government elections for all Town and Community Councils were held on 5 May 2022 when seven of the eight Risca Town Council member seats were elected for the ensuing next term of office of five years. The Council then made one Councillor co-option in June to complete the full quota of eight Members.
Sadly in November 2022 Town Councillor Brian Davies passed away. The Council are to consider a co-option for the Ty Isaf Fields Ward in early 2023.
